CEO

Damon Stafford oversees the executive management team for CCG IQ, LLC, and its family of companies. In this capacity, Damon has direct responsibility for development and execution of internal and strategic growth strategies, as well as operational and technology initiatives.  Prior to founding the Company in 2011, Damon held sales and management roles in the medical industry and with Fortune 100 technology companies, EMC & IBM.

A native of North Carolina, Damon graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Management.

Reza Nikrooz

VP of Claims

Reza Nikrooz joined CCG IQ in 2015 as the VP of Claims after a two-decade long career serving the insurance industry. Beginning his career with State Farm
Insurance, Reza went on to hold leadership positions at ICA and Travelers Insurance,acquiring a deep-seated understanding of what carriers needed from their partners in claim resolution. Applying his industry insights towards fulfilling CCG IQ’s commitment to its partners, Reza spearheads the Account Management and Customer Service teams.

Reza holds a double B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As chief operating officer, Mark Anderson is responsible for the operations of CCG IQ and its brands. He leads the execution of strategies that drive the growth of the organization and is focused on the operations and processes necessary for scale. Mark joined the Company in 2013 and has served as its chief operating officer since 2015.

Prior to joining the Company, Mark served as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer for a high-performance engine manufacturer with financial backing from Peninsula Capital Partners. He also founded a custom residential construction company, investment banking firm Anderson LeNeave & Company and spent five years practicing tax and corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Tennessee, and is licensed to practice law in the States of Tennessee and North Carolina.
