We’ve added another way to assign and receive claim damage assessment and desktop review reports! CCG IQ continuously seeks ways to make it easier for adjusters and insurance professionals to obtain the claim support they need from our StrikeCheck and HVACi teams of experts. In addition to the Submit a Claim webpages and Adjuster Portal, property and casualty insurance professionals can now assign claims to HVACi and StrikeCheck within Guidewire’s ClaimCenter. Through the add-on, they can submit claim assignments, track their progress, and receive the final comprehensive report.
The CCG IQ Add-On for Specialty Claim Investigations enables adjusters to:
- Directly submit claims assignments for onsite assessments and desktop pricing reviews to HVACi and StrikeCheck within ClaimCenter
- Provide contractor estimates
- Receive notification and then securely open the final report through ClaimCenter
- Reduce costs and cycle times by lessening the number of touchpoints on a file
- Have archives of all claims assigned through Guidewire to CCG IQ’s HVACi and StrikeCheck
